Online – Our Bed Works website is a secure, safe and simple way to make a payment from anywhere, anytime. Simply place your desired item in the cart and proceed to the checkout.

In Store – We have two dedicated Bed Works locations in Sydney, at Stanmore and Greenacre. We are open 7 days a week and our friendly staff are always on hand to help you every step of the way. View Locations

How do I pay?

We have a range of payment methods to suit everyone. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, as well as PayPal and direct deposits, bank transfers, cash and cheques.

What happens once I place my order?

When you place an order you will automatically be sent a confirmation email outlining your order details, including your order number, items ordered and the total of your order.  Upon completion of your order and the necessary payment we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

How can I check on the progress of my order?

You can call us on 1800 753 293 to check on the progress of any of your orders. Alternatively you can email us at sales@bedworks.com.au to track your order.   

How fast can you deliver?

At Bed Works we offer “next day delivery” within the Sydney metro area for all products, bed frames, mattresses, bedroom furniture, pillows and bedding, in stock because we know just how important prompt delivery is for our customers.

What is your return policy?

As a measure to ensure we can continue to offer great products at low prices without incurring any extra unnecessary costs we apply a cancellation fee of 25% if you cancel your order after the deposit is taken. After the point of the supply of goods Bed Works is not obliged to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases. Goods will be held for a maximum of 7 days and storage fees will apply thereafter.

What if no one is home when my bed is delivered?

At Bed Works we do all we can to ensure we only have to deliver goods once. That is why we work closely with our customers to make sure they are home at the point of delivery. Delivery fee is for one delivery only, if no one is home to receive delivered goods on the arranged day, a second delivery fee will have to be charged.

Is there a product guarantee / warranty?

All of our Bed Works mattresses come direct from the manufacturer with a minimum 12 months warranty for our everyday low price range.

• Australia custom-made timber and support structure come with 2 years manufacturer warranty.
• All bedside table, dresser, case goods, drawers and moving parts (like mechanisms on beds) come with 12-month manufacturer warranty.
• Australia-made upholstery bed frame comes with 5 years manufacturer warranty.
• Runners and gas-lift mechanism come with 2 years manufacturer warranty.
• Leather vinyl comes with 12-month manufacturer warranty.
• All the bed frames (exclude Australia-made) come with 12-month manufacturer warranty. Check the products range.
• AHbeard adjustable bed frame comes with 10 years manufacturer warranty.
• Fabrics come with 2 years manufacturer warranty.
• Bedhead comes with 5 years manufacturer warranty.
