The Elizabeth base uses solid pine slats 3.5 cm thick and 9 cm wide that strengths the frame for maximum body and mattress support. Balanced on short support legs and offering a square, contemporary look, you can customise this bed frame with a rug underneath for co-ordinated bedroom decor, and adding a luxurious throw across the footend maximises your comfort and style. The Standard Slated Base provides a durable and practical frame for the mattress. This option is available with 19cm high side rails, that allow the mattress to rest 5cm inside the base.   

 

Slimline Upholstered Bed Base - Bedworks

Slimline

The Slimline Custom Ensemble Bed Base is a simple base style that is ideal for smaller spaces, in which the mattress aligns directly on top of the base. It is available with a 20 cm leg that provides a slim look, which is still practical in your existing living space. The Slimline Ensemble bases have solid pine slates 8 x 2 cm and the gap between the slats is 7-8cm. On this model the slates are covered in a dust free fabric.

 

Floating bed base - Bedworks

Floating Slated Base

This base option includes hidden recessed legs which provides a neat finish but still ensures that the mattress is still well-supported. It offers a sturdy 26cm wide side rail, which allows the mattress to easily rest 5cm inside the base.  

 

Deluxe slated bed base - Bedworks

Similar to the Floating Slated base, however the legs are not recessed. Instead, two legs will be visible at the foot end of the base. It also offers a sturdy 26cm wide side rail, which allows the mattress to easily rest 5cm inside the base.
